Asus Eee PC 1005HA netbook is a 10.1-inch Asus Eee PC line belonging to the Seashell. It is based on Intel Atom platform, and mounts a processor from 1.66GHz Intel Atom N280 (or N270 Atom), 1GB of DDR2 memory and a 160GB hard drive Serial-ATA. This model is equipped with an RJ-45, unlike the previous model Asus Eee PC 1008HA, which required the use of an adapter.

Asus Eee PC 1005HA has a module with speficiche 802.11bgn WiFi and Bluetooth (on some models). The 6-cell battery is available in both standard and high capacity variant: the latter will be able to provide a range equal to a maximum of 9.5 hours. The installed operating system is Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition.
